A very special opportunity has arisen for you to eat sandwiches, and do a good deed, at the same time! Our favourite kind of fundraising!
On Friday 3rd November, Subway restaurants around the globe will come together for the inaugural World Sandwich Day. As part of World Sandwich Day, Subway has created Subway Live Feed, an initiative designed to help fight hunger around the globe.
Here’s how it works. Every customer who visits their local Subway restaurant on the day and purchases a sandwich, salad or wrap, will get one free for a friend or family member. Subway will also then give a meal to someone in need.
We’re delighted that Subway New Zealand has partnered with us to help us deliver our mission of rescuing food and nourishing communities.
For every Subway sandwich sold on 3 November, a meal will be donated through a monetary donation directly to KiwiHarvest. Each donation will support us to deliver a meal for a Kiwi in need.
Subway Live Feed will be taking place across all 270 Subway restaurants across New Zealand, so there’s no excuse not to leave your lunch at home!
